Invitation to the Members of the Historic Brookhaven Neighborhood Association,

Over a century ago, in July 1912, real estate flyers spread among the affluent and those foreseeing the wisdom of investing in residential property in North Atlanta. Overlooking the Capital City Club golf course, a subdivision of lots was drawn which was to become one of the first planned golf communities in the State of Georgia. Chas. P. Glover Realty Co. extolled “Brookhaven Estates guarantees an exclusiveness, unobtainable elsewhere…” Today, as a resident of our community, you have the unique opportunity to participate in a fine art coffee table book that is being published to memorialize this special place, Historic Brookhaven.

We invite you to submit vintage pictures of local historic homes to be featured in our commemorative architecture book. Only homes in the Historic Brookhaven Community will be featured. Upon your submittal, an exterior vintage photo(s) will be considered for inclusion in the Book. If included, you will receive a digital copy of the photo plus one Book signed by the author, Richard Diedrich. Your total cost will be covered by a reservation fee of $125, payable now.

The book will be a coffee table book with special emphasis on the architecture of the residences. It will have a hard cover, full color printing on fine quality paper, and cloth cover with an embossed image. This truly is a limited opportunity to be included in an important legacy for our Historic Brookhaven community.

To make your reservation, please complete the information on the HBNA Member Reservation Form, and return it with payment by October 24, 2015.
