Invitation to the Owner of a Historic Home,
Over a century ago in July 1912, real estate flyers spread among the affluent and those foreseeing the wisdom of investing in residential property in North Atlanta. Overlooking the Capital City Club golf course, a subdivision of lots was drawn which was to become one of the first planned golf communities in the State of Georgia. Chas. P. Glover Realty Co. extolled “Brookhaven Estates guarantees an exclusiveness, unobtainable elsewhere… The big opportunity is NOW, while you can pick out a good lot.” Today, as the homeowner, you have one of those lots. The unique opportunity is to participate in a fine art coffee table book that is being published to memorialize this special place, Historic Brookhaven.
We invite you to include your historic home to be featured in our commemorative architecture book. Only homes in the Historic District, built no later than 1942, will be featured. For its presentation, a custom exterior photo will be taken by an architectural photographer. In addition to including your home in the Book, you will receive a digital copy of the photo and two Books signed by the author, Richard Diedrich. Your total cost will be covered by a reservation fee of $250, payable now.
The Book will be a professionally produced coffee table book with special emphasis on the architecture of the residences. It will have a hard cover, full color printing on fine quality paper, and cloth cover with an embossed image. This truly is a unique opportunity to be included in an important legacy for our Historic Brookhaven community.
To make your reservation, please complete the information on the Owner Reservation Form, and return it with payment by October 24, 2015.
